I offer exercise classes in Leeds & Knaresborough. These sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners. The sessions offer a fun way of improving your fitness levels, strength and co-ordination, and general health & wellbeing. Come along and give it a try!

I can offer nutrition advice and apply the principles of nutrition to your own personal physical activity programme.

Understanding the principles of nutrition is important when working to achieve specific results and maintaining good health. The consumption of a healthy balanced diet provides you with optimal well being.

Personal Training & Exercise Referrals

I offer personal one-to-one training sessions.

Following your initial consultation, you will recieve your own personal exercise programmes based on your fitness level and goals. Personal one-to-one training sessions gives you the advantage of training for your own specific needs only.

I also run Exercise Referral Classes for those who suffer with certain conditions, with regular physical activity taken in the correct way, being very beneficial.  There are so many health benefits to exercise, helping people have a better quality of life.

I offer Sports Massage Therapy for the treatment of acute or chronic injuries or dysfunctions, and the relief from aches, pains & general muscle fatigue. My treatments also cover:
